🔄 Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

🔁 Exchanges
To ensure prompt service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures availability and faster turnaround.
📦 Return Process
- Initiate Return: Email us at info@savilespeed.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Return Address: Provided once your return is authorized.
- Ship Item: Send the item to the provided address securely. A trackable shipping method is recommended.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Prepaid Labels: A prepaid return label can be provided for a flat $15 fee, deducted from your refund.
