🔄 Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Exclusions:
    • Products marked as "Final Sale"
    • Opened electronic items (e.g., communication systems, heated gear)
    • Undergarments for hygiene reasons
    • Installed or used parts

🔁 Exchanges

To ensure prompt service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures availability and faster turnaround.

📦 Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email us at info@savilespeed.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Return Address: Provided once your return is authorized.
  4. Ship Item: Send the item to the provided address securely. A trackable shipping method is recommended.
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Prepaid Labels: A prepaid return label can be provided for a flat $15 fee, deducted from your refund.

  • Returned items will be inspected. Items not meeting return criteria may be returned to you at your expense.
  • Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if they do not meet the stated conditions.
